I am looking for a nice Icom base station mike for a IC-765. Prefer the one with the built in equalizer but will consider others -- SM-20, SM-8, etc.. Also looking for filters FL-101 and FL-53A (note a FL-53 will not work). Thanks for taking the time. Dave
