[Boatanchors] 40 State Goal For Sunday HCI Net

As always, all vintage rigs of any flavor are ever welcome at our table -   	
	
Weather permitting, I plan to do the Sunday July 27th HCI 20 meter Net. I am
undergoing major tests in the hospital at 8:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, and possible
surgery, I am making no Net plans for the following weekend. If I do not show
up, I hope that one of you steps up and takes the Saturday and Sunday Nets in my
absence.  	
	
I would like to hear from forty states tomorrow, never before done during the
Sunday Net. Special Event, yes, we hit forty-nine once, only South Dakota was
absent. I will take a state name/count first and then let check ins take their
turn at the mike as usual. So if all you have time for is to stop in, say Hey
and leave, that would be perfectly fine. 	
	
I will be on the air at 12:30 PM EDT, (1630 UTC). The pre-Net is at 12:45 PM
EDT, (1645 UTC). The Net proper at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC). The frequency will
be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the sound of my knees
chattering like a half scorched relay on a vintage transceiver!  	
	
The very thought of Frogzilla sitting in my official NCS chair with his wet
swamp scum amphibian hide leaving lily pad droppings where my FCC licensed butt
is authorized to sit and doing the Net is enough to scare me back to healthy!
Are you listening Frogzilla? Behave! Because I just may write the last chapter
of your misadventures and leave it on my desk in case ... 	
	
I hope to hear many many of you tomorrow, so be there! That includes you Mr. HCI
Web Master KA1DGL! Yes, Peter in Hawaii! Go outside at the crack of dawn and
drop kick some C4 into those ugly as an infected black head on the end of your
