[Boatanchors] Knight VFO manual

I need a copy of the Knight VFO. I have tried to download from bama with no
success. A friend of mine has also attempted to download it with no success.
While I very graciously appreciate this free service, it is of absolutely no
value to me if I can't even read the manuals there much less print them. I
don't mean to be critical, however; the frustration has set in and I would
pull my hair, if I had any. Sorry to be negative, but steam and pressure
