That's a fairly standard tool, but if you need something in a hurry .... Get 
yourself a plastic knitting needle and saw off the end so it's flat. Heat up 
the tip of a screwdriver of the appropriate size and push it about 1/8" into 
the end, then pull it out. That's your tool. You can take the metal piece off 
the other end and file it into a screwdriver shape for doing IF coils. Some 
black tape around the middle will give you a better grip. If it breaks, just 
redo the end.
