Think what you have there is what they called a "Set analyzer". My guess would be an
old "Readrite" of some kind.

| It appears to be from the 1920's or 1930's, but beyond this, I cannot tell
| much about it. Also, if you know the possible value of this tester, I would
| appreciate knowing. It is in good condition, but there are a number of
| scratches across the face of the unit.
