[Boatanchors] Help Identify Tube Tester

I have recently acquired several antique tube test sets.  I have been unable
to identify one particular tester, and thought I would ask if anyone can
help.

It appears to be from the 1920's or 1930's, but beyond this, I cannot tell
much about it.  Also, if you know the possible value of this tester, I would
appreciate knowing.  It is in good condition, but there are a number of
scratches across the face of the unit.
