I have many times asked for help & opinions from you all & ALWAYS gotten
quality replys. I want to thank all of you for times past.

I need another opinion. I some yrs ago I bought a Barker & Williamson LPA-1
linear (desk unit) & power supply (sets on floor). The RF unit uses a pr of
813s with a B &W 850 tank, (big) 80m - 10m. It is grid drivin so requires
less power to get full op. Heres the question. Is it worth my time to
restore to original..... better way to say whats it worth fully restored
with refinished panel & all? It will be costly to accomplish restoration.
Even the tank coil plastic is falling apart. But everything is there &
definitly restorable. And this amp & supply is almost too heavy to ship. I
am looking at my workload now (lots to do already) & I need to decide the
future for this monster.
