[Boatanchors] Back Up NCS For Sunday HCI Net May Be Needed

Southeastern lower Michigan is currently being battered by its first for real
Winter storm this season. It is forecast to continue into Sunday. Depending on
the possibility of antenna damage from winds howling 40+ mph, or an electrical
power failure, I may, or may not, be on the air. If you can assist as a back up
NCS for Sunday, please contact me. Even if I am able to start the Net, there is
always the possibility of me being knocked off the air during it. That is where
the back up NCS will step in.    	
	
HCI 20 meter Net on Sunday February 23rd. The pre-Net will commence at 12:45 PM
EST, (1745 UTC) and the Net proper at 1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC). The frequency
will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and noise floor
pollution from snowmobiles with rusted out mufflers and two cycle engine driven
snow blowers screeching like a Cat that sat on a red hot charcoal briquette!
