RRIMARY:  15K

SECONDARY: 50, 200/250 and 500/600

CONNECTIONS:    50 Ohms:  Connect to 3 & 4
                          200 Ohms:  Connect to 2 & 4    3 is CT.
                          500 Ohms:  Connect to 1 & 5    3 is CT.
