[Boatanchors] Data on 3SK184 dual-gate FET?

Perhaps this isn't too far off-topic, for two reasons...  one, the part in 
question has become obsolete, and two, the part in question probably glowed 
(just before it failed).

Anyone have data on the 3SK184 dual-gate FET?  I'm not having any luck 
searching for it.  Looks like the one in the receiver RF amp of the VHF side 
of my TM-732 dualbander is dead.  I'm think another dual-gate fet might 
substitute fine, if I could get some info on it.  This one is the surface 
mount version 3SK184(S) but a leaded part could be used - there's room on the 
board.
