Oh insureance is a win win for the insurance Co...The profit 
is a function of the thruput. The more they pay the more 
they can charge for the service as the regulating 
organizations mostly look at that they making a fair 
percentage of throughput, not how much they save by not 
paying claims. So the more they pay, the more the can 
collect and the more they make. They just put up a facade 
that they are controlling the payout. A real racket..
