[Boatanchors] Help With Simpson Model 55

Duane:
Most likely this was manufactured by either Pearce Simpson or Simpson
Electronic. Should not be confused with Simpson who make the meters and
test equipment.

I don't think I have it, but I'll look around. My manual inventory is
getting out of control.
