[Boatanchors] BPL Interference

I think the way to address this, if the ARRL has limited "clout
capability"
by itself, is to use our ample technical expertise/resources which, of
the 
general public, only WE as a group, have .....and use that to inform and 
to combine with others affected by BPL so we have greater numbers. 
Just throwing a few out ...Medical devices, sensitive Instrumentation, 
SW listeners, R/C enthusiasts, HF emergency communications, etc. 
Help me ....... read the ARRL site information and suggest more. 

That's why I threw in NSA, Dept of Defense, CIA, etc ...how do you 
do electronic snooping with an S9 BPL signal.

If they have a big dog, get yourself a big dog !
