Your HP107BR is described on page 648-650 of the HP 1968 catalog.  I can scan and email the catalog pages if that would be any help.  For a manual, Manuals Plus http://www.manualsplus.com/mpstore/default.asp  web site reports it in stock.

This is one of the product lines that HP spun off to Agilent,  so you might have better luck contacting Agilent than HP.
