[Boatanchors] Hazards of Boatanchors

Been restoring a nice old Gonset G-76 transceiver. Got it working like
new electronically yesterday., Today , started refinishing the cabinet
bezels.

While not REALLY heavy, like a DX-100, or a Valiant, may I suggest that
twisting the wrong way lifting even a 28 pound power supply is very bad
for a 59 year-old back? Took a couple hours before I could even stand
somewhat straight.

So, not only "Beware High Voltage" should be the motto of all boatanchor
aficianados, but a further motto, "Lift with Your Legs, not Your Back,"
should be firmly emblazoned.
