[Boatanchors] Real Boat Anchors

John,

Heck, let them get the crews of the Navy aircraft carriers who tossed the
R-390a's over the side to do radio and anchor deployment instruction.

Now why would anyone search the Internet for anchors for little boats for a
kid's camp? Seems that a local boat shop would be a whole lot less costly,
especially considering shipping! Maybe the Boy Scouts could instruct them on how
to fill a five gallon used pain bucket with concrete and a metal screw eye for
an inexpensive boat anchor? It would make for a fun and practical camp project
too.

What is next? Females doing a web search for 'car bra's' to wear while riding in
a convertible?

Maybe you should volunteer to teach a course in amateur radio at the camp.
You could even take along a clunker to illustrate the alternate use for a
once beautiful radio!

<<Just a little while ago I got a very serious E-Mail from a religious summer
camp wanting to purchase a number of anchors for their canoes and row boats!

It seems that they did an Internet search for "boatanchors" and came up with
me!
