    I also have one of them, and was recently wondering about the tuning.
There's a similar, but not exact, low pass filter in the older ARRL Hdbks,
with procedure there, but I think the Bud has 1 more section so it'd be a
little different.  I've been thinking abt trying to do it about as they
suggest.  They use a grid dipper, adjust most sections separately after
disconnecting the adjacent ones, then say that when all reconnected each
should resonate at about the cutoff freq.  Could use an Autek RF-1, etc., vs
grid dipper.
    That might not be much help, if you do get a response with actual
instructions, I'd be interested.
