I have a QSL from (I think) the Central African Republic, or something like that?
I'll check it tonight and see what the prefix is, but I *think* it's TL8. Seems it
should show up on QRZ or buckmaster, though? Maybe it wasn't clear or maybe it was
a boot, who knows?
