All vintage gear of all flavors is always welcome -   	
	
Based on my mathematical statistical probability computations, and astute
propagation prognostications, factoring in the odds of you forgetting about the
Global Glow roundtable, I predict that somebody will be check in number 5,000
this week.  	
	
Join me on Wednesday October 9th for the Hallicrafters Collectors International
Global Glow roundtable. (Why did the Knights Of The Roundtable use a round table
instead of a square or rectangular one anyhow?) The pre-Net propagation primer
will commence at 7:00 PM EDT, (2300 UTC). The roundtable proper, (are we 'ever'
truly proper?), will begin at 8:00 PM EDT, (0000 UTC). 	
	
The frequency will be 14.315 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the
unmistakable sound of Frogzilla throwing Eisenhower copper/nickel clad dollars
into the yawning abyss of the slot machine he claims he won playing beach
blanket bingo in Las Vegas. Now I realize being blinded on the eve of my
eighteenth birthday in October 1964 has left me deprived of current Cartography
comprehension, but since when is there a beach in Las Vegas anyhow? Being as
every possible place in Las Vegas has a one armed bandit, most have slot
machines too, Frogzilla is very apt to have pilfered this buck sucking gadget
from either the Magic Castle (we professional Magicians hang out there!) or
Animal Kingdom right beside Tina Tanline's Stretch Mark Massage Theraphy Parlor.
In any event, all that banging and clanking is not the relays on my radio gear
doing the carbon arc limbo, just Frogzilla flipping Ike's that occasionally miss
the slot.        	
	
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow evening. So be there to explain about those
Knights sitting around a round table bragging about their latest dragon slaying.
