[Boatanchors] speed key

Greetings
I have here a speed key (bug) I would like some information on. No label =
on the top. On the
bottom of the base, made when casting the base, is Electric Speciality =
MFG Co., Cedar Rapids
Iowa.
Does anyone out there have any information about the key, like how many =
were made etc.
Also any information about the company that made it??
