[Boatanchors] SX-28A Paper Capacitors

I hope the post with the list of SX-28A paper caps is useful to fellow SX-28
owners.
So far, the consensus is the same rule - double the node voltage.
Lloyd KK7IZ is going to get back to me with a cap kit price.
I know he is going to give me a special price for doing the leg work :>)
