[Boatanchors] SX-28A Paper Capacitors

I have gone through the SX-28A manual and came up with the total number of
paper caps below:

Qty. - Value
03 - .01 mfd 600vdc
14 - .02 mfd 400vdc
08 - .02 mfd 600vdc
10 - .05 mfd 200vdc
03 - .05 mfd 400vdc

With today's new polypropylene dielectrics, do I still need these voltage
ratings for replacement?
I believe the old rule was to double the working voltage?
The B+ supply is 310vdc
Two of the .01 mfd caps are on the AC primary to chassis.
