[Boatanchors] SRR19 manual found

I located a manual, probably a partial repro, from FAIR Radio Sales.  For
those of you who shop FAIR, you'll enjoy this story:

FAIR was the first company I contacted and was told that the manual was
not available and never had been.  After several e-mails urging me to
contact FAIR, I decided to try one more time.  I spoke with a YL by the
name of Kim and patiently asked her to check to make sure.  While she was
looking, I heard voices in the room saying "Not that one" - "We don't
carry that, never did" ... after about 20 seconds she said to me "Yes, we
have it; but hold on and let me get you a price".  In the background was
"...I didn't know we had that!" and "...well doesn't that beat all ...". 


The moral being what you draw from this but my hat is off to Kim for
taking a minute to do what we all ask for and that is a courtesy check.
