All vintage gear is always welcome -

Now don't I wish I really was in Indianapolis for the Indy 500 smelling the
burning rubber, high test fuel and hearing those finely tuned engines sing like
a Canary that swallowed a New York Met opera sound chip! But alas, I am here
stuck at the frog pond for the annual lily pad scum scrub cook out featuring
barbacued Flys, batter dipped Mosquitoes and ale made from distilled water cress
juices. While we remember our brave Veterans who made America free. let us also
remember it is up to us to keep her that way.

The HCI 20 meter Net will be held on Sunday May 26th. The pre-Net begins at
12:45 PM EDT, (1645 UTC). The Net officially starts at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC).
The frequency will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the
sound of ten thousand Frogs croaking their way through 'This land was your land,
but now its our land. While you were polluting, we were recruiting. From the
Redwood forests to the New York swamplands, this land belongs to amphibians all
green and free.'

God bless America, God bless our brave Veterans who made and kept this great
land free and God preserve this freedom for countless generations to follow.
Remember these Veterans tomorrow in your hearts, your thoughts and take time to
tell them how grateful you are for what they saccrificed so that you might be
able to walk in freedom and enjoy the blessings that only come with such
freedom. NEVER take freedom for granted, lest you awaken Monday to discover that
dream died and the nightmare of bondage began.

I hope to hear some of you tomorrow. Be there to share some vintage
hallicrafters fun, facts, fellowship anddeep fried Frog legs!
