[Boatanchors] Pse help for information about a Siemens receiver

Hello from Vienna !

I friend of mine got a wonderful (I must write it in German):

Siemens Stoermessgeraet STTM 3880; 0.135 MHz to 30.0 MHz; F. Nr. 162 (there
is also a number handwritten on it as: FU 732, but this seems to be an
inventory number).

Does someone of you what this is exactly and perhaps (that would be
wonderful) know where to get some information like the pin connection of the
power supply (seems to be for a car battery) and if possible some manual ?

Any help is highly appreciated !
