Hickok R.F.O.1 Oscillograph. This is a great find for someone who is really
into vintage gear. This unit worked the last time I plugged it in, which
was DECADES ago. I no longer have the equipment to safely power it up.
There are plenty of paper caps inside.

I haven't been able to find any information about this on the web, except
that Tannenbaum's lists the manual for it. The unit looks a lot older than
50's style scopes, but the tubes are relatively modern, so I really don't
know about the age. This monster is 11" wide by 14" high by 17" deep with a
3" tube. The power cord has been replaced by one that appears to be 60's
vintage, and there has been some modification apparently made internally, I
don't know for what purpose. The front panel, which is a wood-grained
plastic something like Formica, is in good shape but there is some flaking
of the brown crinkle paint on the sides. The leather (!) carrying handle is
intact.

I'll try to get a picture posted before too long.

Guys, owing to the hassle of packaging this thing up for shipping, I can't
see letting it go for anything I would consider reasonable unless someone
wants to come to central Michigan to pick the beast up. in which case, I'll
let it go for a song. But you may want one of these things badly - if so,
send me an email and let's talk.

Oh, and if you do come to the middle of the mitten with a big truck and a
strong back, I have a nice Model 15 teletype, too. Same color! It was the
terminal for my PC until I upgraded to an ASR-33!
