Something must have gone wrong, probably with the post office.  I have had 
lots of problems with them loosing my mail recently.

I can tell you that Steve, K8FFO is as honest as the day is long.  I have had 
many mail order dealings with him and never even a hint of a problem.  I met 
him in person last year at Dayton and think he is a fine fellow.

Hope you get things straightened out, but I seriously doubt that Steve is the 
source of the problem.
