[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters knobs needed

Hello -
I am in need of some Hallicrafters knobs. I need the lever-type band
change knobs used on the HT-37, S-51 and many others.
Also needed are three of the skirted knobs like those used on the
earlier SX-62, SX-43, etc. These have a ribbed bakelite knobs like the
S-40 plain knobs, but with an aluminum skirt attached. I need two that
have a simple ^ pointer on the skirt and one with a scale that reads 5 4
3 2 1 0 1 2 3 4 5 used as antenna trimmer and perhaps others. I'm
looking for complete, good condition knobs(I already have the chipped
and broken versions, thanks).
Or, if anyone out there has had experience with removing the bakelite
knobs from the metal skirts and replacing them, I'd love to hear about
it. It appears that the skirts is held onto the knob with a
pressed-in-place flange which is not conducive to easy or practical
removing.
