[Boatanchors] Peristent, annoying, intermittent, elusive QRN

One of the first things I did was to disconnect the antenna. No antenna, no noise. So
that seems to be the route, not the power wiring, though I will try running the rig off
a battery and killing the main breaker to see if the source is (I do hope!) domestic,
or elsewhere.
