Even if you make the Collins AM circuit, stop by and blow off some electrons -

Please join us on Wednesday March 6th for the HCI: Hallicrafters Collectors
International 20 meter Global Glow Roundtable. The table itself does not glow,
it isn't even round, but those sitting around it generally do. Either with pride
for their beloved
boat anchor or because of excessive exposure to Radium painted toys from their
childhood! The ones we sent in a dozen Planters Peanut wrappers and a quarter
for.

The pre-Net will start at 6:30 PM EST, (2330 UTC) as we blast fog, smog and hogs
that get too close, into disassociated atoms with rf that not only kicks pork
buttocks, but also gives bacon a nice golden glow to the edges. The Net proper
will commence at 7:00 PM EST, (0000 UTC) on a frequency of 14.315 Mhz usb or the
alternate frequencies of 14.322 and 14.328 Mhz usb. This is +/- for key clicks,
mike splatter and the sputtering static sound of clouds being vaporized as
vintage electrons blast more holes through them than found in your most
comfortable pair of old underwear! In 'brief', come early and stay late. Don't
panic and get your fruit caught in the loom, keep a Pear of wire snippers handy
for the Grape escape. Just be
sure to ground your TV table with those Ham Shack survival rations on it so as
to
prevent a short in your boxers! That can really crimp your style!

I hope to hear many of you tomorrow evening. Turn them on, tune them up and
check them in.
