[Boatanchors] 50 khz RF generator for BA use

As far as I know all the BA last IFs can be aligned using
the BFO, scope and counter.

For example, here's the drill for an SX-117...

SX-117 50.75KHz IF can be aligned on the nose with the BFO.

1. Lift green lead from V8,pin 2 to T4 at the transformer end.
2. Ground this lead thru a 47K resistor. Hook a 5-40pF trimmer cap
   from this junction to the BFO coil cathode tap.
3. Hook counter to BFO coil tap and scope to other side of trimmer.
4. Warm it up. Set controls per manual. Ground mute terminal. RF
   Gain full on.
5. Set BFO to 50.750KHz. Set injection .15V P-P with trimmer.
6. DO NOT REMOVE counter or BFO will change freq.
7. Move scope to V10,pin 3.
7. Align T5, 6, 7 ,8. If alls well, see around .9V P-P.
8. Reset BFO to 50KHz and adjust BFO knob to index.
