[Boatanchors] RME 4350 Receiver

Hi,
What I did was to replace it with the planetary drive from a 
junked Swan transceiver.  Works great and is better than
the RME drive even when it worked properly.  I have seen this
problem on every RME 4300 receiver I have had or used.
