[Boatanchors] Updating the boatanchor Frequency List

I was informed today of some additions for the old "Muchstuff"
Boatanchor Frequency List.
That is, the list of various frequencies upon which boatanchor types
meet ... includes calling frequencies, nets, swaps, etc.
That jostled me into making some updates.
The list though needs editing.
I am sure there are items that no longer exist, or have moved their time,
date or frequency.
The there no doubt are some that should be added.
It is a long list.
Please address comments for changes to me ... I will appreciate
