[Boatanchors] 4H4C replacement

Hello all,

I am asking this for someone that does not have access to this list.  He has a National 303 and is looking for a replacement for the ballast 4H4C as they seem to be hard to find.   Or if anyone knows of a source.  Antique Electric Supply is out of stock.
