OK here is the latest on the 4:1 gear sets, based on the committed orders
the price is $196 each, this is not counting those of you that wanted to BID
or were telling me what you could afford that's not the way this works.
Note: I have not ordered them yet but do need a firm count to get a better
idea of how many we actually want to order, if we can order more then the
price will go down so here is what I am asking, knowing the ceiling price is
$196 I need to know how many will actually order the gear sets after I have
a firm number I will announce the final price, if it's still to high then we
will scrap this plan and we can go back to bidding for them on eBay.

Keep in mind there is still packing & shipping charges, I was planning on
sending them Priority Mail and this is just the gear set. I will announce
the knobs when they are ready.
Again please DO NOT respond if you want to tell me what you can afford or
what you are willing to pay I don't want to hear it. I am looking for
serious committed people that want the gear sets and understand that they
are very hard to find and they are a bargain at $196 and this maybe the last
time someone is foolish enough to try this, I can assure you I won't do it
again.

If you want to order some later or haven't made up your mind good luck, this
is a one shot deal.

It's time to get serious folks, let's see if we can get the price down a lot
more. Remember this is a final count, after I announce the actual cost per
gear assembly we will decide if we will proceed or scrap this idea.
