Greetings:  If the books listed on Amazon are gone, go to Barnes
& Noble.  As of last night they had 15 listed, however, prices
were more in the $15 range.  Look under technical books, search
under the book name. It will say the book is not available and
will ask you if you would like to search under "out of print." If
you select to do so, you will get a long list of "near" titles. 
Scroll down to the "E's" and you will find the book. 
Interestingly, when I did a direct search under "out of print"
using the book title, no matches came up.
