[Boatanchors] KDK FM-240?

With all the manuals sent in for BAMA in my filing system, I've managed
to lose one of my own.  Can anyone send me a copy of the manual for the
KDK FM-240?

It's too light to be much of a boatanchor, but without the manual for
programming the thing, it isn't good for much else!
