[Boatanchors] 75A-4 knobs

Thanks to all that responded on the 75A-4 4:1 knobs, I will post the URL to
the pictures as soon as I have it ready, for those asking this is just the
knob but it is complete and is a very high quality Bakelite knob with the
skirt and spinner, for those asking about the gear set to go with it I am
working on finding a source for them again they will need to be custom made
and I am working with a few places to see if I can have high quality copies
made and will post that info when I have it.
