For a friend, looking for a commercial or military manual and/or any 
information on a Voron Model VO-41 "Capacity-Resistance Analyzer".
Made by George Voron & Co. of Philadelphia, ca. 1959.  Rather similar in 
function to a Sprague TO-series and others.

Also known as:

20856C  IFI  IIIAE  VOR  CRIT.... (appears scratched)

from a MIL property label.
If anyone can shed any light on that label data please email me
