Tektronix 551 Dual Beam Oscilloscope
Built in late '50s using Tektronix's unequaled
construction and design, with ceramic holders and
solder terminals for each component. Vacuum tube
design with external power supply. Two (2) plug INS,
Type L fast rise, and Type H wide band. Comes with
Operator and Service manual with all the schematics.
Works but needs some work. Some tubes weak and there
are lots of them in the vertical section. Mechanical
delay lines built with caps and coils on parallel
lines. Amazing construction! Great unit of technology
of days past, will except offer, I don't want this to
go to the dump. Local pick up preferred, shipping is
heavy.
