[Boatanchors] Help with IFR service monitor info?

Hi guys -

Perhaps slightly off-topic, but not too bad I suppose...  I use this test 
gear to work on my boatanchors and glowbugs, after all...

I've been fighting with a problem on my IFR AM/FM-1000A service monitor and 
it turns out that my service manual only has about half the schematics in the 
binder  -grrrrrrr!   It looks like I'll need to find copies of the schematics 
for the "AM/FM Generator" module and the "10 Mhz Oven/Osc" module.  

IFR has indicated they are no longer "supporting" this unit - even to the 
point of not being willing to make courtesy photocopies for me (strange).  
Oh, well... does anyone have a complete service manual that has those pages?

BTW - the problem is a smooth drop off in generator output as much as 20 dB 
shortly after the unit is turned on.  Ring a bell for anyone?
