[Boatanchors] capacitor best ???

Hello Tnx to all of you for the suggestion for a plce to buy capacitor.
And now what kind i must buy ???
I am reparing a R390A and M. Rippel suggest to replace old capacitor by
Sprague orange drop capacitors.  I think it is PVC/polypropylene.  Is it
better than metalized polyester or mica or ???
I dont know what kind will be the best ???
