[Boatanchors] Radiaphone "Band Scanner" Info?

Hi All,

I have a Radiaphone "Band Scanner" in pieces that I am trying to find some
information for.  It appears to be an old panaromic adapter from the early
60's maybe.  It has a small, narrow rectangular CRT like some of the old
surveillence scopes (W-J, et al), uses tubes and has four controls: "MODE"
(1,2,3); "SWEEP" (0-200); "CENTER FREQ." (Center 0); and "GAIN" with an
"OFF" position.  Does anybody have any information or documenation on this?
It looks like it would be a nice addition to the boatanchor collection but
at this point it is a complete unknown to me.
