Gentlemen::  I  have a Precision Model 832S "Old" Voltmeter....I =
understand a ham,
Tom Elmore,could furnish me a diagram but I don't have his Email =
address. ..Maybe
someone else could help me find a  diagram and operating manual for this =
unit...All scales operate totally perfect and two of the ohms scales =
work fine but the 5meg ohm scale will not zero..I have tested all =
components and can find none bad.I  think it has somethiing to do with =
the battery (it has one) maybe its needs two.....Thanks for reading this =
