If it is like the TMC 6 or 8 port multicouplers
I have used in the past, the maximum gain on
the system is about 2db, and that is to offset
the loss of the individual ports.  I didn't recall
the input transistor as being a FET - but it has
been a few years since I worked on those,
and the individual transistors were to mainly 
provide isolation.  I don't have a TMC manual 
or I would have offered to send along a jpg copy. 
 I did ask at my former workplace(I am retired) 
that if they had not been thrown out, to
retrieve one copy for me.  If that happens, I will send you
a copy.
