[Boatanchors] LOGSA site

Has anyone tried to download anything from the LOGSA site in the last few
days?

They were doing some maintenance on the ETM database which was taken off
line, but that was scheduled to be completed yesterday evening.  The
error message I've been getting varies.  (These are all public release
files in subdirectory "data/A".  The other subdirectories are restricted
and require ID/password access.)
