[Boatanchors] Knight R-100A alignment instructions

Recently I acquired a Knight T-150 and R-100A.  I have
a manual on the T-150 (the transmitter is not working
right now - I don't think the kit was ever completed
since there are several connections that have never
been made!) but do not have one on the R-100A.  BAMA
has a partial manual on the R-100, but the alignment
instructions are not included therein.  I have gotten
the receiver repaired using the R-100 schematic (it
now works fine except for calibration).  However,
before going "whole hog" on the alignment without the
instructions, I thought I would see if anyone can copy
(or scan) that portion of the R-100A manual.

If not, then I'll go ahead the "hard" way!
