[Boatanchors] High impedence speaker

Many years ago, while picking through the trash behind the local radio
repair shop (something I and friends did quite frequently), I came upon a
large and very ornate horn speaker.  Took it home and connected it to my
catwisker crystal set.  It played quite loudly.

I was relegated to the basement with all my "wires and stuff" (as my father
called it), and the speaker could be heard upstairs.

Headphones were high-impedence then, too.  The higher the impedence, the
higher the price.  I think they went as high as a megohm.  I never had any
high priced headphones, but I did have that speaker.
