Hi William,
The outer rubber part of the knob slides off, there is a set screw
underneath.

Does anyone out there in BA land know how to remove the main tuning knob
from a Kenwood TS 430 TS BA ? No, there is not a set screw under the
knurled rubber band on the knob. KW says they don't know either. Oh yes,
this rig will be used only for testing BA's never on the air..
