[Boatanchors] Radio Specialty FM Dev. Meter

Greeting's All, and thank You for reading this message.

	I was given a FM Deviation Meter made by Radio Specialty MFG. Co. of
Portland Oregon type 1161-1-5. It cover form 25-55 Mhz, 145-174 Mhz, 405-435
Mhz, and 440-470 Mhz. It seems that both H/V Caps in the scope supply have
shorted out. Does Anyone have a copy of the owner/operator manual and/or a
copy of a schematic the I can purchase?. Any and all help would be greatly
appreciated, thank You.
